باستا الكزبره والليمون

 

المقادير لثلاث اشخاص :

شرائح من صدور الدجاج

معكرونه

ربع اصبع من الزبده

واحد ثوم مهروس

كزبره خضراء مجففة

عصير ليمونه واحده

ملعقه صغيره خل ابيض

واحد كوب كريمه سائله

نصف كوب حليب

ملح

 

طريقة التحضير :

بقدر على النار توضع شرائح صدور الدجاج مع الزبده الى ان ينضج

ثم يضاف الثوم والكزبرة المجففة ثم عصير الليمون والخل والملح

ثم تضاف الكريمه السائلة والحليب ثم المعكرونه ويترك قليلا على النار

اضافة القليل من الكريمة اذا لزم الامر

 

Ingredients for three gays  :

chicken breasts slices

Macaroni

Quarter bar of butter

one mashed garlic

dried coriander

Juice for one lemon

one teaspoon of vinegar

one a cup of heavy Cream

Half a cup of milk

Salt

How to prepare

stir the slices of chicken breast in a butter on a heat until it ripe

add a mashed garlic , dried coriander , lemon juice and vinegar

add a heavy cream , milk , macaroni and salt then cook

add more a heavy cream if its needed
