كوكيز

المقادير :

اثنين كوب طحين

200غ زبده بحرارة الغرفه

نصف كوب مسحوق السكر

بيضه واحده

فانيليا

Ingredients:

Two cups of flour

200g unsalted  butter in room temperature

Half a cup of sugar powder

One egg

Vanilla

طريقة التحضير :

     تخلط الزبده مع السكر الى ان يمتزج ثم البيضه  والفانيليا مع الاستمرار بالتحريك ثم الطحين ، وتعجن جيدا حتى تصبح كتلة متماسكه .

وتشكل بآلة كبس الكوكيز او بأقماع التزيين ، ثم تخبز بالفرن من عشر دقايق الى اثني عشره دقيقيه  وتزين بالكاكاو .... وبالعافيه

How to prepare:

     mix the butter with the sugar  , add the egg  , vanilla and stir it , add flour, and knead well until it becomes a cohesive mass .

 make it by  Biscuit Maker or Cake Decorating Tools , and bake  from ten to twelve minutes
